It is seen from the record that on 8th October, 2015 the applicant was directed to remove office objections. Notice was directed to be issued to respondent No.1. The Registry has made an endorsement to the effect as yet spare copy is not supplied for effective service on the respondent nor office objections are removed.

In this view of the matter as a last chance one week time is granted for removing all office objections and for

Kavita 3-apln578-15.doc supplying copy of the application for effecting service on the respondent. If compliance of this order is not done within the prescribed time, the application shall stand rejected without reference to this court.

If the order is complied then issue notice to respondent No. 1, returnable on 18th January 2018. The learned APP waives notice for the State.
