Learned AGP on instructions of the Under Secretary from the Revenue Department makes a statement that the Petitioner's Review Application will be heard by the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue and not by the Minister who had passed the earlier order i. e. Respondent No. 2. Learned AGP states that the Minister who had passed the earlier Order dated 28.09.2016 had expressed his inability to hear the Review Application and hence, the Review Application will now be heard by another Minister i. e. the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue. He further submits on

CP 383-18.doc instructions that the Review Application will be heard and appropriate orders will be passed on the Review Application within two months from 28.09.2018. Statement accepted. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Contempt Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the Petitioner to appear before the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue on 28.09.2018 at 3.00 p. m.. i. e. on the date given by the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue to hear the Petitioner's Review Application. The Hon'ble Minister for Revenue is requested to decide the said Review Application as expeditiously as possible and possibly before 28.11.2018. 3.

The Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms, as not pressed.
