The above captioned Writ Petitions No.3589 of 2011, No.3278 of 2010, No.1420 of 2008, No.3561 of 2013, Public Interest Litigation No.68 of 2010 and No.105 of 2011, two of which have been initiated suo motu by the Court raise issues pertaining to mal-nutrition in tribal areas; deaths resulting on account of malnutrition; hospital for tribal children and their education. The same issue arises for consideration in Public Interest Litigation No.133 of 2007.

Having perused the common orders passed in the Writ Petitions we are of the opinion that proceedings in above mentioned Writ Petitions need to be terminated for the reason PIL No.133 of 2007 embraces all the issues concerning tribal welfare schemes. 3.

The counsel for Petitioners in above captioned Writ Petitions as also the Petitioners thereof are permitted to intervene and
