(22)APPLNNo.5792015 It is seen that as yet spare copy meant for effecting service on respondent No.1 is not supplied by the applicant to the Registry. Prima faice, it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the instant application.

However, in order to grant one more chance to the applicant, the applicant is directed to furnish spare copy meant for effecting service on the respondent No.1 within a period of one week from today to the Registry, failing which the application shall stands dismissed without reference to the Court. If the copy so supplied, then issue notice to respondent No.2 returnable on 22nd February 2018.
