I have interacted with the signatories to the consent terms who say that they will abide by the consent terms. The statement is accepted. 3.

Additionally, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner will take the initiative to ensure that they co-operate with the Provident Fund Authorities to release the P.F. amount urgently.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in the interim application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
