DATED : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- Considering the fact that the offence punishable u/s.342 and 374 of IPC are bailable and the applicant face accusation u/s.75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer Smt.Hasina Shikalgar, who is present in the Court, state that the applicant shall be served with a notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C.

Upon receipt of the notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within 7 days and shall follow the procedure prescribed under the said provisions. In case if the Investigating Officer is desirous of custodial interrogation, she Tilak
