The First Appeal (St.) No.22780 of 2017 was dismissed for not removal of office objections as recorded in order dated 23/04/2018 and 19/06/2018. Mr. Tejash Dande, learned counsel for the applicant states that the office objections were only regarding payment of Court fee and that the same have been removed. Statement is accepted. 2.

In the light of said statement and in view of reasons stated in paragraph 2 and 3 of the application, delay in filing the application is condoned and dismissal order dated 23/04/2018 is recalled. Appeal from Order (St.) No.22780 of 2017 stands restored. 3.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
