By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 4th March, 2015 passed in Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.27539 of 2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), dismissing the misc. civil application for non-removal of the office objections.

For the reasons record in the civil application, the order dated 4th March, 2015 is recalled. Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.27539 of 2014 is restored to file on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within one week from today. It is made clear that if the office objections re not removed within one 1/2

35-cao259-15 week from today, Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.27539 of 2014 to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If all the office objections are removed, place the Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.27539 of 2014 on board for admission on 28th January, 2016. It is made clear that Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.27539 of 2014 shall be heard finally at the admission stage. 3.

The affidavit in reply shall be filed on or before 21st January, 2016 and a copy thereof shall be served upon the applicant's advocate simultaneously.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

It is made clear that this Court has not granted any stay of the trial court proceedings at this stage.
