The Respondents Nos. 1 to 6 are present in the Court and they are identified by their Advocate as well as their Aadhar cards. The Respondent Nos.4 to 6 are minor and represented by their

2/3 mother Smt. Panchasheela Kale.

The parties have tendered the consent terms. The parties admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof. We have ascertained the genuineness of the recitals of the consent terms from the parties. Consent terms appear to have been executed voluntarily. It is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of consent terms, the appeal stands disposed of. 5.

The proportionate amount belonging to the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, being minor, would be deposited as per the order of Jurisdictional Tribunal. The same would not be permitted to withdraw till its maturity period. The Jurisdictional Tribunal would permit withdrawal of the said amount on minor attaining their majority, as per para 5 of the Tribunal Order dated 25th April, 2022. 6.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Statutory deposit, if any, be remitted back to the

3/3 jurisdictional Tribunal.

Court fees refund, if any, be made as per Rule. 9.

Award be drawn accordingly.

Record and proceeding be sent back.
