The Applicant has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company. By order dated 10/04/2019 in Civil Application No.2257 of 2017 this Court had already allowed the Claimant No.1 to withdraw 30% of the amount and Claimant No.5 to withdraw 10% of the amount without furnishing any security. The Claimant Nos.1 and 5 are entitled to withdraw the said amount as per the order dated 10/04/2019. Hence, no further order is required at this stage.
