For the reasons to be recorded separately, Criminal Bail Application No.2073 of 2018 is allowed on following terms and conditions :

(i) The applicants are directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.88 of 2018 registered with D.B.Marg Police Station on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicants shall attend D.B.Marg Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 10 and 12 noon till further orders;
