P.C. :
1.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks cancellation of bail granted to the respondent no.2/accused no.4- Babalu Abhiman Birari by this Court by an order dated 13/1/2017. 2.
The respondent no.2 - accused no.4 is represented. The bail was granted as far back as on 13/1/2017. There is nothing on record to indicate that the respondent no.2 has misused his liberty while he was on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant, no doubt, pressed for cancellation of bail. The main contention of learned counsel for the applicant while seeking cancellation of bail was that true and correct facts 1/2
Diksha Rane 33. APPP 802-17.doc were not brought to the notice of this Court. 3.
Considering that the applicant is on bail since 13/1/2017 for more than six and half years, during which time nothing has been brought on record to indicate anything adverse against the respondent no.2-accused no.4 herein, I am not inclined to cancel the bail. The Criminal Application is disposed of.
