It has been stated by Mr.A.B.Vagyani, learned Government Pleader that the corrective measures have already been taken by the Commissioner, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai in the following terms.
1. The new Colleges are included in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) by Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra State on 07/09/2016.
2. Inclusion of these new Colleges were from the category falling under Red Zone as well as those which were not 1/3
included in the list due to non-approval from the State Government and Bar Council of India.
3. The last date of filling of College Option Form was till 08/09/2016 but as new Colleges were included in the list CAP, the cut off date of 08/09/2016 is being extended upto 11/09/2016 (College Option Form filling stage.)
4. The student who have already filled College Option Form and wish to add/choose new Colleges will have to send a request through E-mail to maharashtracetcell@gmail.com, so that the request/complaint will be sent to MKCL (Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited) for dis-approval of the form, so that the candidate can change their College option as per their choice on or before 11th September, 2016.
5. The first list of allocation of Colleges will be declared on 12/09/2016 (First Round) and allotment letter would be issued online.
6. The option form once confirmed by the student by 11/09/2016 will be confirmed and shall be considered for allotment in Centralised Admission Process Round (CAP Round) 1, 2 and 3.
7. The candidates are allowed to fill in or edit the already fill in online option forms second time in the 4th round. Seats to be allotted during the course of 4th round.
8. The students who have not registered earlier for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP Round) will be allowed to register with the CET Cell for filling up the College Option Form to participate in Centralised Admission Process Round (4th round).

Mr.A.B.Vagyani also submits that a notice has already been published on 07/09/2016 to that effect. He placed on record notice about 'Editing Option Form L.L.B 3 & 5 CAP' dated 07/09/2016.

Learned Government Pleader also undertakes that in terms of corrective measures which have been taken, the public at large would be informed by giving wide publication (print and electronic media) from today itself. SMS to the students, where-ever possible, will also be sent. We also record the statement of Mr.Vagyani, on instructions, that the University of Mumbai Law Academy (UMLA) formerly known as University National Law School (UNLS) has been included in the list. 5.
