This is an application for restoration of the Appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. The delay is of 118 days in preferring the application of which condonation is sought.

Rane 2/2 is restored to file subject to condition that the applicant shall remove all office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today.
