Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has tendered affidavit in reply which is taken on record. Interim Applicationn is for leave to add Joint Director of Education as party respondent. 2.

I have perused the papers. The title of the impugned judgment indicates that the Joint Direction of Education was party opponent no. 3 before the Tribunal. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 4.
The applicant also prays for expeditious hearing of the petition by fixing early date of hearing. Fixing early date of hearing is not possible at this stage as petitions from the year 1991 are pending on the weekly final hearing board. However, since the petition is of the year 2005, the same to be added to the weekly final hearing board from the week commencing from 24th June 2024, if the petition is ready for final hearing.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
