Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make an application to the Externment Authority for permission to enter in the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai, since petitioner's cousin is expired. Leave with liberty is granted.

In the event the petitioner makes such application, the Externment Authority i.e. DCP Zone-I Navi Mumbai, shall decide the same sympathetically and pass appropriate order within a period of three days from receipt of the application. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
