This petition has been filed challenging an ad-interim order dated 20 October, 2021 passed by the Hon'ble Minister on a revision filed by respondent nos. 4 to 18. By the impugned order, the Hon'ble Minister has granted an interim stay to the order passed by the Additional Registrar Cooperative Societies (Patsanstha) who exercising powers under section 77A(b-1) appointed an administrator on the respondent no. 4-Society. As seen from the operative part of the impugned order, such adinterim stay was granted till 22 November, 2021 and the revision itself is kept for hearing on the said date.

In the above circumstances, in my opinion, it is appropriate for the petitioner proceeds in defending the appeal by asserting all his contentions as urged in this petition in the pending proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister.

As a short issue is involved, the Hon'ble Minister shall make an endeavour to dispose of the appeal/revision as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from 22 November, 2021.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
