By this praecipe, the appellant - insurer seeks to withdraw the appeal, inter alia permitting the claimants to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in M.A.C.T., Nashik including statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- in this Court. 2.

The claimants are at liberty to withdraw the entire amount of compensation.

The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court shall be transferred to M.A.C.T., Nashik.

4.
