The petitioner is allowed to amend the petition in terms of Schedule to the said Civil Application.

2] Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Copy of the amended petition to be supplied to the respondents within a week thereafter and the respondents would have time of two weeks for fling a reply to the amended petition.
