It is averred that after the matter was dismissed for default it was mentioned on the same day however, since the Advocate for the Respondent was not available, Civil application had to be taken out. Considering this fact Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Place the petition on board for 'admission' on 6 October 2015. It is made clear that request for adjournment will not be entertained on that date.
