The Petitioner essentially challenges the interim order dated 2906-2019 of the Commissioner of Respondent No.1-Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on the complaint filed by the Respondent No.4. 2.

We dispose of the Petition by directing the Commissioner of Respondent No.1-Corporation to pass final orders on the complaint of the Respondent No.4 expeditiously and in any event within 5 weeks from today. All contentions are kept open.
