Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nashik to decide the representation / proposal dated 1st September, 2015 filed by the Head Master of the School of Petitioner No.2 (copy of which is annexed at page 22 to the

WP.10635/2016(P-69) Petition), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Till the Petitioners' claim is decided, the RespondentState is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from unaided division to aided division.
