At the relevant time the petitioner could not comply the condition of bail and therefore the grievance was raised. The said grievance was raised in the year 2015. In our opinion, the writ petition is not remedy for redresal of said grievance. The petitioner could have approached the Higher Forum for relaxation of condition and on refusal to the Higher Court in hierarchy. No relief can be granted. Hence writ petition stand disposed of.
