This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Deceased Respondent No.1 passed away on 1st August 2021 and the application has been filed on 1/2

12-SA-215-2021.doc Sonali 22nd October 2021. Therefore, the same is within time. Apart from that, due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing this application. 3.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [A].

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
