Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, the following order is passed:

(520) CAF 4030-18 (i) Hearing of the First Appeal No. 124 of 2002 is expedited in the list of senior citizen.

(ii) Registry is directed to place the First Appeal No. 124 of 2002 in weekly board of final hearing as per its turn in the list of senior citizen.
