The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the leave was granted by this Court to amend the petition on 13th September, 2022, amendment has yet not been carried out.

The Court is informed Interim Application No.18283 is filed seeking impleadment of the applicant therein as the party respondent to this petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would implead the applicant in Interim Application No.18283 of 2022 as the respondent to this petition by carrying out the necessary amendment.

In view of the aforesaid statement, Interim Application No.18283 of 2022 stands allowed.

The petitioner shall carry out the amendment in the petition and implead the applicants in Interim Application No.18283 of 2022 as party respondents to this petition. 7.

Amendment be carried out forthwith and amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents.

WRIT PETITION NO. 10144 OF 2022 1.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks time to file an affidavit-in-rejoinder to affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent Nos.2 and 4.

Let the affidavit-in-rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week from today.
