After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to make an application before the Court Receiver for appointing the Petitioners as 'Agent' of the Court Receiver in respect of the business of M/s. Ramtirtha Yogashram.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty as sought, subject to conditions that, if such application is filed by the Petitioners within a period of two weeks from today, the Court Receiver shall make every endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and the Petitioners shall co-operate in the hearing of the Suit pending before the Trial Court.
