supplied within time prescribed for the reasons recorded in the Civil Application. We have perused the statements in the Civil Application. The Applicant has made out the case for recall of the order setting aside the order dated 2 nd July 2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) for the reasons recorded in the Civil Application.

2. Order dated 2 nd July 2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) is accordingly set aside. Writ Petition No.1289 of 2018 is restored to file. Copies of the writ petition shall be supplied by the Petitioners/ applicants to the office within one week from today without fail. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 have already appeared before this Court.

3. Civil Application is allowed in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
