1) The State, being aggrieved by an order dated 04/06/2014, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur thereby granting pre-arrest bail in favour of the respondent herein has challenged the order and seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondent. The learned APP has fairly submits that the case is committed to the court of sessions and is at the stage of framing of the charge. 2) After almost two years, it would not be appropriate to recall the order granting pre-arrest bail as it is not alleged by the prosecution that there is breach of any condition imposed upon the respondent while granting preism
