The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking amendment to the Writ Petition in terms of Annexure '1' to the Civil Application. Since the Petition is at the pre­admission stage, the amendment can be allowed. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 Mr. B. B. Sharma submits to the orders of the Court and states that the amendment be allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents.

The Civil Application is, accordingly, allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date and the amended copy to be served on the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents.
