Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in connected appeal delay is condoned by order of this Court dated 10th April, 2018 passed in Criminal Application No. 477 of 2017 and therefore, prayed that application be allowed. For the grounds mentioned in the application and as delay caused in connected appeal is already condoned, application is disposed of as allowed in terms of prayer clause 10 (a.) of the application.
