It appears that in ABA No.773/2018 moved before Dindoshi Sessions Court, Consent Terms have been arrived at in the mediation proceedings. 4.

Accordingly today in Court, Respondent No.2 has received Demand draft of Rs.2 lakhs.

In view of this joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
