Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.1 to decide the complaint filed by the Petitioner dated 25th January 2018, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Orderd accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The Respondent-Corporation shall decide the said complaints in accordance with law. The commissioner may himself patilsr 1 / 2

take up the matter or appoint competent officer to deal with the matter.
