The Contempt Petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 22nd April 2016, passed by this court. The allegation in the Petition is that the amount of interim maintenance is directed to be paid is Rs.20,000 to the wife and Rs.10,000/- to the child and the Petitioner was held to be for the same from April 2016. By the order dated 22nd April 2016, it was also directed that the husband would continue to make the payment. The learned counsel Ms.Chaitrali A. Deshmukh for the Petitioner informs that the amount of maintenance is being deposited. There is some delay in depositing the said amount since the husband

deposit the said amount at Family Court at Pune, which caused some delay since he has to travel from Sangli to Pune to deposit the said amount, since whole purpose of the grant of maintenance to the wife and children to avail the benefits in terms of monetary amount to be paid every month. The learned counsel for Respondent fairly concede to this position and do not dispute that the amount of maintenance which needs to be paid regularly. However, on every occasion there is difficulty for husband to travel from Sangli and Pune. He admits that on some occasion there is one or two dates delay. To avoid such situation it is directed that the amount of maintenance is directed by this court by its order dated 22ndApril 2016 be deposited in the account of the Petitioner instead of depositing the same in the Family Court at Pune.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes that she would submit the account number/Bank details to the learned counsel for the Respondent and the same would also be supplied to the Judge, Family Court at Pune and from the month of April 2018, the said amount would be deposited in the said account between 1st to 15th of every month.

and the contempt petition is disposed off accordingly. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent would make an attempt to resolve the differences by speaking to their clients. Let the Petitioner and Respondent alongwith the child remain present in the court on 22nd March 2018 at 2.30 p.m. in chamber.
