P.C.:- This is an Application for modification and setting aside the directions alongwith the observations made in the Order dated 16th July, 2018 passed by this Court in ABA No. 356 of 2018. The record clearly indicates that, the observations made in para No.4 of the said Order, are based on the facts mentioned in the proforma of first information report, which is annexed at page No. 17 to the Application. I find no reasons to modify the Order dated 16th July, 2018. Application is rejected.
