1. Heard Mr. Tripathi, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mrs. Sathe, learned Advocate for Respondents for sometime. 2.

The order impugned in the present Petition is dated 14.01.2020 passed below Exh. 30 by the learned Trial Court in an Application filed by Applicant (original Defendant No. 4) seeking dismissal of suit under Order 7, Rule 11(a), (b) and (d) of the C.P.C. Applicant - Defendant No. 4 in the suit is represented by M/s. M. Tripathi & Co. 3.

Mr. Tripathi fairly submits that Defendant No. 4 who is the subsequent purchaser of the property would have no grievance if this Court expedites the hearing of R.C.S. No. 206 of 2014 which has been pending since long in the Trial Court.

Considering that the suggestion made by the learned Advocate

29. cra 261-21.doc for Applicant is fair and in the interest of all the parties and also not controverted and objected to by learned Advocate for Respondent (Plaintiff) without expressing any opinion on merits on the impugned order, the hearing of R.C.S. No. 206 of 2014 is expedited. 5.

The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the aforesaid suit within a period of one year from today. All contentions of parties are expressly kept open. It is clarified that parties shall not be granted adjournments unless absolutely necessary. Parties shall appear before the Trial Court on 23.01.2023 at 12:00 noon for direction. 6.

In view of the above direction, Civil Revision Application is disposed.
