Learned advocate for Petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to submit a representation to the competent authority of Respondents and the competent authority be directed to consider Petitioner's representation in the light of orders passed by this Court including in the case of Sandip Dattatraya Pawar Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others1.

In view of aforesaid limited prayer, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file a detailed representation with required documents to the competent authority within two weeks Writ Petition No.7291 of 2010 and group decided on 3rd March 2011

2 of 2 WP.2641.2014 from today. The competent authority shall consider such a representation and take appropriate decision in accordance with law keeping in view the order passed above in Writ Petition No.7291 of 2010 and group within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. In case Petitioner is found entitled to the claim made in the representation, consequential benefits be extended to the Petitioner within aforesaid three months period. Petition is disposed of.
