By this Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.08.2015 passed by the respondent No.1-District Co-operative Election Officer by which the objections raised by the petitioner were overruled. 3.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Borkar, upon taking instructions from Mr. Chandrakant Y. Korvi - Chairman of the petitioner-society, who is present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. 4.

On the motion made by Mr. Borkar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the proposed proceedings.
