This is an Application for extension of time for furnishing the sureties, as was directed by this Court while releasing the Applicant on bail by an Order dated 3rd August 2016. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that as a matter of fact, the Applicant has already furnished the documents of the concerned sureties with the Court and the same is under Sharayu.

In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the Application, the period to comply with the procedure of furnishing the sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today. 4.
