Though vide order dated 15/03/2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), the learned Advocate for the Petitioner was specifically directed to furnish correct and proper address of the Respondent, otherwise appropriate order will be passed. However, till date he has failed to do so.
The present Writ Petition is filed in the year 2007. Almost fifteen years have lapsed, notice to the sole Respondent is not served due to failure on the part of the learned advocate to provide correct and proper address of the sole Respondent.
Having considered the aforesaid conduct on the part of the petitioner, by virtue of the powers conferred upon the Registrar under Rule 8(c) and (d) of Chapter XVII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the aforesaid Petition is dismissed.
Office to take entry in CIS accordingly.
