1] In pursuance of the order dated 24th November 2015, learned APP has produced the report of progress of investigation with respect to C.R.No.162 of 2013 registered with Sakinaka Police Station and now transferred and registered with EOW being C.R.No.34 of 2013. The report discloses that the applicant has attended the I.O. on the stipulated dates. Learned APP on instructions fairly submits that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, as he has cooperated during the process of investigation and necessary incriminating material has been collected by the investigating agency.

YBG aba1350-15 2] In view of the above, interim protection granted by order dated 15th September 2015 is hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Applicant shall attend I.O. as and when called for for the purpose of investigation. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant, I.O. shall issue notice in writing as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. (A.S.GADKARI, J)
