In pursuance of Order dated 18.10.2022, Ms. Devyani Kulkarni, learned Mediator has submitted her report dated 20.10.2022. Main Mediation Centre, High Court Mumbai has also submitted its report in a sealed envelop. Both the reports are taken on record. 2.

We appreciate the efforts put in by Ms. Devyani Kulkarn, the learned mediator in trying to bring an amicable settlement between Petitioner and Respondent No. 4.

In pursuance of earlier Orders passed by this Court, Respondent No. 4 has produced Ms. Ritika aged about 3 years. The said child is given into custody of Petitioner being her biological mother. 4.

Respondent No. 4 - husband of Petitioner has been made aware of the said fact and he has been cautioned in Court through Mr. Dixit, PSI attached to Malwani Police Station, Mumbai that, he will not 1/2

44. cri wp 3385-22.doc repeat his earlier act of taking away the child out of her custody without consent / permission of Petitioner. Respondent No. 4 is however permitted to meet his daughter namely Ms. Ritika in presence of Petitioner and her close relatives. Petitioner and her close relatives will not object Respondent No. 4 to meet her daughter Ms. Ritika. 5.

As Respondent No.4 has produced Ms. Ritika before this Court and the custody of the said child is handed over to Petitioner, the present Petition has been worked out.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
