The petitioner's grievance is that untrained teachers are teaching students of primary section in the State. The persons who are qualified as D.Ed & B.Ed shall alone discharge their duties as teachers. The petitioner submits that respondent no.6 is one such teacher who was not a trained teacher. Learned Counsel for respondent no.6 submits that said respondent has already got retired. 2.

We have perused the order passed by this Court earlier. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that representation has been made to the Chief Secretary of the State and the Education Department. In case the petitioner

2/2 PIL 187.13.sxw desires to take the issue in larger public interest, some more data is required to be collected by the petitioner for placing the same before the appropriate authority. As and when the petitioner collects the data, a comprehensive representation be submitted to appropriate authority.
