By this interim application the prayer has been made to delete original respondent Nos.4 and 5 namely Rupesh Navinchandra Mehta and Mrs. Meghna Rupesh Mehta and to substitute the said respondents by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 Vinay Jayantilal Gajra and Divya Vinay Gajra, who are stated to be the new flat purchasers under the agreement for sale dated 10th February 2017, which is annexed at Exhibit "A" to this application under Gaikwad RD 1/2

903.IANo.31062021.doc which the original respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have sold the flat in question to the proposed new respondent Nos. 4 and 5. It is informed that Jayantilal Govindji Gajra - father of the newly added respondent Nos. 4 and 5 (who has identified himself on the basis of Aadhar Card as submitted to the Associate of this Court), who has also been granted a power of attorney by the proposed respondent Nos. 4 and 5, (the original of which is tendered to the Associate of this Court), has no objection for adding proposed respondent Nos. 4 and 5 as party respondents to the present petition. In these facts and circumstances, the Interim Application is required to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment be carried out forthwith.
