This Civil Application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed by order dated 17th November, 2016 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I).

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections before sending notice. There is a delay in filing the present Civil Application. The applicant is ready to remove the office objections

Trupti 21-caw-2-18.doc within a period of two weeks. Hence, he prays that the delay be condoned and the order of dismissing the Writ Petition be set aside.

In view of the submissions, the conditional order dated 17th November, 2016 of dismissing the Writ Petition is hereby set aside. Writ Petition is restored to its original file. Delay is condoned. The applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Writ Petition will be dismissed without referring to the Court.
