By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 5th August 2015, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik has directed him to deposit 25% of the cheque amount within 8 days from the date of the order. The direction to deposit 25% of the cheque amount is not onerous. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instruction, submits that the petitioner will deposit the same amount within a period of 4 weeks from today before the Addl. Sessions Court,

Nashik. Statement is accepted.
