The Applicant has produced a certificate dated 15.01.2018 issued by Dr. Sesh S., Consultant in Neurology. It is stated that the Applicant is diagnosed to have Neurodegenerative Disease- Advanced Parkinson's Disease underwent Neurosurgey Bilateral Stn Deep Brain Stimulation. Applicant has functional Disability Especially - imbalance of gait and difficulty in speech. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that Investigating Officer has verified the genuineness of the said certificate. That the Investigating Officer also verified the physical condition of the Applicant. In view thereof, the Applicant deserves to be granted pre-arrest bail on medical grounds.

However, the Applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and to join the process of investigation, after receipt of a notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. from the concerned Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer is hereby directed to provide medical help, if necessary and required to the Applicant during the course of his interrogation when the Applicant attends the Police Station.
