The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for Respondent No.2 - DRI, on instructions, submits that the Department has concluded the investigation and has issued show cause notice to the applicant. She, on instructions, further submits that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more required.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 16.9.2013 is hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
