DATED:- 7th SEPTEMBER, 2023 PC:- 1) This application is preferred for modification of the condition of attendance at Kasarvadavali police station. By an order dated 8th May, 2023, the learned Sessions Judge directed that the applicant shall attend the Kasarvadavali police station on every Monday and Thursday and Friday in between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm till filing of chargesheet.

930-APPLN-173-23+.DOC 2) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicant has attended the Kasarvadavali police station, pursuant to the aforesaid directions.

3) Evidently, the applicant has marked the attendance for more than four months.

4) The condition of attendance thus stands modification as under:- I) The applicant shall attend the Kasarvadavali police station on the first Monday of every month in between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon till the filing of chargesheet. 5) The application stands disposed.
