Issue involved in this Petition is decided by the judgment and order dated 13th August, 2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.9075 of 2018 (Aniket Subhash Shinde Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) . In the circumstances, we pass the following order: As per the condition stated in the Validity Certificate Exhibit A at Page No.11 of the Petition, the Scrutiny Committee shall issue Caste Validity Certificate in the prescribed format i.e "Form G", within a period of 4 weeks from today.
